Hello Chris,  Thank you for your message. Ok, I will send you the presentation on EU Funds Monitoring. I am finishing the brochure for Ngo and Business. I currently have those tailored to Public Administration and Universities. If you are available to wait for a few days, I will be able to send you the specific target presentation that you are directly involved. Let me know, please. In any case, please take into consideration the idea of meeting up, I could better explain many important details to you, or answer specific questions you could have.  Best regards Massimo

Hello Massimo Of course, do send me the presentation by email to darkplaytheatre@gmail.com.  I have looked at your website and of course accept your level of knowledge and expertise in this area.  Best regards Chris

Dear Chris,  Thank you for your message, your appreciation, and your availability. The questions you raised are very important. Just to say, I subscribed https://www.fundsforngos.org/, too. I totally agree with you about the two main paths you cited. Generally speaking, human intervention remains the "central" power of everything. Artificial Intelligence is a marvellous tool to create and implement ideas, projects, products, which have to be helpfully to the human being. I don't believe in replacing the human mind with AI. Nevertheless, AI can solve several issues and make us prevent to waste a large amount of time. I firmly believe in the human mind, taking into consideration that AI has been made by human beings. Simply put,  I analysed any source declaring to offer services for finding funds, including private donors and the European Union. I fully grasped the problem, and I tried to find solutions. In addition, my long experience in establishing and developing Ngo's has been a good "ingredient". I put all these together and decided to find a structural solution for anyone who potentially needs funds in any financed sector of civil society. I created many products, many of which I can use personally. The most important service is what I mentioned; I would be glad to introduce that to you. It's not important if you buy the service or not; what is really important is that you can see, analyse, and give your opinion, given your experience. The other service  - I didn't write anything since now- is something similar, but it is dedicated only to Ngo's and "little" donors, such as bilateral cooperation offices, foundations, banks, enterprises, and public administration. But in the end, human actions are always fundamental and necessary. The difference: to discover all these opportunities, you need to spend a certain time and time is money, always. Anyway, I think if you have a chance to read and see, everything will be clear. It is not so much to read, I know very well that people have no time to read much. I tried to organize information and data to perfectly match any eligible legal body with the calls. So, one service is only for EU funds, the other one is only for Ngo's which are searching for financing from other donors. If you agree, I can send you the presentation via email. My email address is massimo.gabellone@icloud.it. Please let me know. Given the complexity of the UE monitoring service, I have a full presentation about it. The service regarding Ngo is not finished yet, but I can send you what the goals are and how it works. Upon completion of the Ue Monitoring promotional tools, I will come back to the Ngo's service and complete that too.  Thank you again! Have a nice day.  Massimo

Hello Massimo Thanks for your reply.  I'm open to networking, and available in principle to collaborate and add value to projects, or mentor and assist professionals and organisations where I can. I'm happy to receive your presentation but I have a "follow-up question in advance", if you like. I'm currently a member of the site  https://www.fundsforngos.org/ which (along with many competitors of course) offers a mix of tailored searches, filters and alerts.  And of course I can use ChatGPT or direct online directories and sources to provide more detailed information on funder  profiles, priorities and funding precedents.  Although in Europe and especially Greece this information is generally somewhat patchy by comparison to US/UK models.  In my view the gap in the market is not precisely at this level of business intelligence.  There is basically a two-tier system - the EU and other major transnational funders, and the mid to smaller national funders who may have a simple, constrained semi-automated submission process or none at all. For a startup organisation like ours with a primarily cultural impact, the traction here is minimal without some additional leverage.  So I am actually a believer in the human element which is why I am sure you are a valuable and reliable operator in this field and no doubt worth every penny to those can afford you. It's about understanding the decision triggers at all stages - initially automated and subsequently human up the line (or whatever framework).   And whether it's worth applying at all.  Send me your presentation and let's have a chat! Thanks Chris

Dear Chris, Thank you for your very clear and honest message. I genuinely appreciate your transparency, which is the cornerstone of any solid professional relationship. I fully understand the financial constraints of a startup non-profit, and your situation is very familiar to me from my own experience in the cultural sector. With that in mind, I would still be very interested in having a chat with you. Beyond any immediate collaboration, I am currently building a network of high-level professionals like yourself. The goal is to create an ecosystem of trusted partners who can be involved on an as-needed basis for various international projects and opportunities as they arise. To give you a clearer picture of how I might be able to help in a cost-effective way, I'd like to briefly explain the new service I'm finalizing. It's an automated EU Funds Monitoring system designed to eliminate the heavy manual work of a traditional consultant. In essence, my system does the following: * Automated Matching: It scans hundreds of funding programs (including Creative Europe, Interreg, etc.) and precisely matches them to an organization's specific profile and needs. * Targeted Output: It generates ready-to-use reports, in-depth factsheets, and brochures for each relevant call, drastically reducing research and analysis time. The system is designed to provide high-value intelligence with minimal overhead, which could be a perfect fit for an organization like Darkplay Theatre looking to maximize its opportunities without committing to high upfront fees. Would you be open to me sending you the presentation for the service? It includes real-world output examples and will give you a concrete idea of how it could support your fundraising efforts. I look forward to our chat and to learning more about your innovative work. Best regards, Massimo

Hello Massimo, thank you very much for your message.  I saw your profile and your experience is certainly interesting and impressive. I'm certain you could be very helpful to my organisation in many ways, everything from advice, relationship building, programme development, comms, creating and optimising funding proposals and so on.  And we both have a active interest in making music! Just before we arrange a chat, however, I should make it clear that I manage a very small startup non-profit arts team here in Greece.  We have no paid staff and no angel investors, reserves or guaranteed revenue streams.  I did recently secure a very small mobility grant from the Anna Lindh Foundation to host an Egyptian artist, and I am trying to maximise the value of this visit and ideally get further sponsorship, or at least some gift-in-kind (PR, resources etc.) to offset the potential costs - and of course to deliver a successful project.  Anyway the context here is just that we (Darkplay Theatre) are not in a position to pay high-end art/funding consultant fees.  I consulted for many years in the UK in the charity sector and the daily fees I used to charge 10 years ago are beyond what I can currently justify!  I don't take a salary for my role as Artistic Director and covering costs is really the best case scenario at the moment.  I can certainly negotiate generously on commissions and outcome-related options, but I want to manage expectations.   If this still sounds interesting it would be great to chat! We have a somewhat innovative "product" which interacts nicely with both cultural and commercial frameworks and is extremely scaleable.   Hope to hear from you, best wishes and thanks again for your interest. Chris
