I'm a Syrian citizen, Software engineer (since 1991), and have worked during the last 20 years on international development projects (mainly EU funded projects in Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan and Yemen, and recently in a grant scheme funded by the EEA and Norway Grants Fund).
Most of my assignments were through an Italian company named ItDevConnect (formerly JCP SRL).
We have developed a web based grants management system (EGREG) which has been in use since 2009, and has been used recently for the management of the 100M euro funds from the EEA & Norway Grants fund and for the management of an EU funded grant scheme in Jordan (with Expertise France).
I'm open to any discussion that may reveal some common areas of interest.
