Taking into account that the current UE vision sees culture strictly intertwined with tourism, inclusion, social cohesion and economy, my professional targets would be a perfect fit. On the other hand, "Rearm Europe" is throwing important weights and shadows, which could be quite disturbing for the future. I would be glad to learn about your opinion of it. Here in Albania there is a poor level of project writers, and that is a big issue. I don't know what the situation is in Turkey, as far as I know, the lack of NGOs doesn't help so much. What funds are you working with?
