Yes , but it’s needed to be clear that here in Albania you can have advantages by the fact that tourism here is very “ new “ as services and organization compared to other advanced countries . On the other hand , the digitalization process is still poor and Albanian people especially in trade are very diffident . Finally , the have very beautiful places that deserve to be promoting . That picture has to be accepted and took into account . What I mentioned is just answering part of your question, I think .

I can understand that the best way is to speak with one person who decides for the other, but you cannot always find that. Albania and other Balkan countries do have not the tendency to delegate main decision to one person.

I understood. But in Albania and other Balkans Countries, expecting maybe Croatia and Slovenia, you can find several Tourism Board, but you also have to find the right tourism board, for example, presidents of national hotels, presidents of a specific kind of hotels, companies which offer diving or fishing, etc etc. I know many of them, but maybe you expect other kinds of institutions that here in Albania doesn't exist. No one is able to impose an application, event not a ministry . But Ministry can take such an app and pay it, for example. We have to work with networks which offer services in the field of tourism, and I know most of them and if I have an interest, I can reach others , taking into account what exactly do I have to offer.

We're looking for Strategic Partners who could connect us with the Tourism Boards, and arrange the meetings with the Tourism Boards. Ideally, the Strategic Partner will also be engaged with the strategization and planning for the outreach and discussion with the Tourism Boards, and be involved with the meetings as well, and work closely with IsWhere to bring onboard the Tourism Boards as collaboration partners with IsWhere - once that is done, IsWhere will potentially continue to work with the Strategic Partner to bring in other Tourism Boards, and also continue to build and grow the business of IsWhere, including bringing in more merchants and users to the IsWhere platform. The Tourism Boards would be a good "door opener", and once IsWhere steps foot into a new country, we will continue to build and establish our presence in that country.

To reach any objective in this field, it is crucial to travel, spend the right time on PR. So you have to spend time with no payment, and invest from yourself money to travel. I am not confident that I can follow this project this way.

Any thoughts? Happy to discuss more when we speak (easier that way), and work out something which enables both sides to partner meaningfully together, and possibly potentially for the longer term as well - since this is just the entry point into the country of Albania, and there's still lots to do to continue to build and expand the business in Albania going forward.
