Eh caro, a fine settembre 2023 ho proprio fondato una società commerciale… tuttavia ti posso dire che una società come questa che ho fatto in Italia costerebbe 5 volte di più. Dunque io credo che i cambiamenti li possiamo fare noi più che aspettare che li facciano gli altri. Almeno in certi settori. L'Albania può essere molto concorrenziale nei prezzi ma mancano molte competenze, e i giovani sono molto disillusi e non hanno la cultura ne del lavoro ne dell'organizzazione nemmeno per se stessi. Bisogna credere in loro ed aiutarli. Perchè ce ne sono di molto bravi e onesti qui. Ma bisogna aiutarli a credere in se stessi e in un mondo che possa essere migliore di quello che vedono ogni giorno.

La grande incognita è appunto determinate da un contesto estremamente fluttuante . Qui in Albania poi è un vero casino anche con tutti gli scandali che stanno rendendo pubblici - anche se gran parte della gente già lo sapeva - . Sono tutti terrorizzati specie nei grossi enti pubblici

C’è molta instabilità sui vari settori , anche dei servizi . Questo crea problemi a tantissimi . Anche agli enti pubblici . Ci sono problemi generali di carattere tecnologico anche nelle banche oltre che nei pubblici servizi . I flussi anche politici e istituzionali internazionali hanno smesso di essere omogenei e ciò crea diversi problemi anche nei progetti internazionali di qualsiasi tipo di cooperazione . È un mondo in continua mobilità su tutto e ciò crea molta ansia e paura del futuro . Noi stiamo lavorando tantissimo in particolare sui fondi europei . Siamo nella fase di presentazione dei progetti e di approccio concreto con le pubbliche istituzioni . C’è un investitore che ha voluto la costituzione di questa società che si è impegnato per iscritto a coprire i costi per tre anni . Spero che mantenga questi impegni . Questa è la grande ansia . Per il resto c’è un mercato molto importante e interessante sui fondi europei che riguarda gran parte della Regione Balcanica ma anche buona parte dell’Italia . Se si lavora con coscienza e cervello non ci sarà alcun problema nello stare in piedi con le proprie gambe ben prima di tre anni , potrei dirti che in 18 mesi ce la faccio.
