I have to specify that I speak Italian and English, I don't speak Albanian language. Because I read about written reports , you need English and Albanian

I have lots of ideas, I love this country and I was coming here since 2002 regularly, I'm living now for three year , based in Tirana

Perhaps, you could think about a little brand, identifying commons peculiars on the areas

It would be also interesting trying to tie other sources of financing by Eu Programs, utilizing project about culture and art, and rural development . We have several Ipa CBC Eu Programs, one of this is Greece - Albania, but maybe we could also uses Albania - Macedonia and surely other direct programs from Eu Commission , like Creative Europe, Life etc. Another very intelligent thing, could be to use, also for a very little spaces, saving energy installations, or little part of smart cities.

In general, I think there are almost totally missing cultural and artistic initiatives or projects, including a serious promotion of local food and wine products. It could be possible to individuate one or better more themes, once it has been possible to individuate the segment target you will use to incoming . It is not referring only about local tourism or foreign tourism, but we would have to understand what could be the level of the target and the segments. For instance, cultural tourism, bike tourism, fishing tourism, etc. That is not necessarily tied to the local or foreign incoming. Speaking about Vlore, just for giving an example, they doesn't organize nothing about art, culture etc, despite they have a lot to offer to a high level segment of tourism. So, it would be necessary to understand with your client what could be his/her goal. To increase the numbers is ok, of course. In my opinion, Albania is very very rich and interesting for the cultural heritage, material and immaterial as well. But their utilize like promotion is very poor.

The context of the other cities is different, there are not the same kind of buildings, they are more intact than other areas.

The areas of the project are all of great interest, especially of traditions, culture, art and Cultural Heritage. They are speaking about Saranda, it has been a very beautiful city, now it is always full of tourism and the wild building constructions have a bit destroyed the charming of this little beautiful place.

I'm reading the TOR. It is currently not clear to me, if I would count on a team of expertises or you mean that I have to do these tasks by myself. For instance, the issues about property is a very sensible issue here in Albania, we would need profiles like a legal local experts.
