I am able to manage every phase of an EU Project , including consortium. I have been securing and implementing EU funds since 1998 , for my NGOs. Recently , I have developed some softwares aimed at improving some phases of project life cycle . I think it could be useful if we can have a short video call so we can better understand if there are potential cooperation. The question of the consortium : depends on the condition . I always tried to work much time before a call , to better identify a concept idea to forward to a consortium but to build the consortium before . Bus as I mentioned , that depends on many things . In my opinion , the best is to find a consortium which can contribute effectively to’ implementing with a common consensus the concept idea . Not always that is possible .

At Kadri Studio, we support research organisations and EU project teams with the final production of reports and dissemination materials.
I’m curious, when you support an EU funding proposal, are external partners for communication and publication outputs usually identified during the drafting stage, or is that left for the consortium to arrange after funding?
